At LovelaceShirts.com, every item is custom-printed especially for you. We partner with a premium print-on-demand fulfillment provider to deliver high-quality apparel and accessories. Because each product is made to order, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with print-on-demand best practices.



1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for items with clear print or manufacturing defects. This includes:

Misprints

Incorrect printing or placement

Noticeable quality flaws

Wrong item received (design, size, or product type not matching your order)


To qualify for a replacement/refund:

The issue must be reported within 30 days of order delivery.

A photo showing the defect must be provided as evidence.

Items must be unused and unwashed when the defect is reported.


We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Normal wear, washing damage, or color fade

Slight variations in color between digital mockups and printed products

Orders placed with incorrect addresses


Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer exchanges for size or color changes.



2. How to Report an Issue

To open a claim, email us at:

1. Your full name


2. Your order number


3. A description of the issue


4. Clear photos showing the defect and the full product


5. The date you received the item



Our team will review your claim within 48 business hours.




3. Replacements & Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will:

Send a free replacement, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method


Refunds generally take 3–7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the defect is due to a fulfillment error.




4. Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Orders

If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

We will assist in verifying the issue and review your eligibility for a replacement.


If the shipping carrier determines that the package was delivered correctly, we cannot guarantee free replacements.




5. International Orders

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties paid by international customers are non-refundable.
Returns due to customs refusal are not eligible for refund.




6. Exceptions Required by Law

Some regions provide additional rights for consumers. However, most jurisdictions exempt custom-made or personalized items—like print-on-demand apparel—from standard “change of mind” return rights.
